
Let’s make seaweed and shirasu (dried young sardines) rice with a rice cooker.

How to make Shirasu (dried young sardines) and seaweed rice
Ingredients

50 g of Shirasu (dried young sardines)
2 cups of medium rice
About 2 tablespoons of dried seaweed
1 tablespoon of sake or white wine
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1.Wash rice with water
2.Cut seaweed into small pieces

3.Add washed rice, sake, soy sauce and seaweed in a rice cooker, and add water to 2 cups line

4.Add Shirasu and mix

5.Cook rice with the rice cooker as usual
