They are only 4 ingredients to make Teriyaki Chicken!

Chicken thigh (2 pieces)
Soy sauce (100cc)
Sugar (4 tablespoons)
1. Put soy sauce, vinegar and sugar into a saucepan, then heat until sugar melts.
2. Add 2 pieces of chicken thigh into sauce (skin side face down).
3. Once it starts boiling, turn the heat down to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Flip them over and simmer for 10 minutes.
*Left over can be used for stir fried noodles and/or stir fried vegetables.
