[Recipe] Pound cake with Pancake mix and peach



200g of Pancake mix
2 eggs
Peaches from a tin
3 tablespoons of syrup from peach tin
5 tablespoons of salad oil
1 tablespoon of Brandy (if you like)
3 tablespoons of sugar


1.Preheat the oven to 170℃

2.Slice some peaches for decoration and cut the remaining peaches into small pieces

3.Add brandy to small pieces of peach and soak for 15 minutes

4.Mix sugar and syrup

5.Mix eggs well first then add salad oil and mix again

6.put 3.4.5 into a bowl and mix, and add pancake mix and mix with a cutting motion using a rubber spatula

7.Pour mixed ingredients into a baking tin with a cooking paper, decorate with slices of peach, and bake for 40 minutes at 170℃ in the oven (if it hasn’t completely cooked inside, put foil over the baking tin and bake 10 more minutes)

8.When a toothpick or skewer comes out clean after inserted in, the cake is cooked
