Pound cake with persimmon and pancake mix


2 persimmons
5 tablespoons of sugar
5 tablespoons of salad oil
2 eggs
200g of pancake mix


1.Preheat the oven to 180℃

2.Slice some persimmons for decoration and remaining persimmons into small pieces

3.Mix sugar, salad oil  well

4.Mix eggs well until smooth

5.Add pancake mix and mix with a cutting motion using a rubber spatula

6.Add small pieces of persimmons and mix again

7.Pour mixed ingredients into a baking tin with a cooking paper, decorate with slices of persimmon

8.Bake for 50 minutes at 180℃ in the oven (if it’s burnt on the surface or it hasn’t cooked inside after 30 minutes, put foil over the baking tin)

9.When a toothpick or skewer comes out clean after inserted in, the cake is cooked
