Stir fried pork and vegetables with Japanese BBQ sauce
Ingredients

300g of pork (sliced)
1 carrot
1/8 of cabbage or Chinese cabbage
100g of shiitake mushroom
6 tablespoons of Japanese BBQ sauce
Method
1.Slice carrot thin and long, cut cabbage into chunks and slice shiitake mushroom thin

2.Stir fry 300g of sliced pork to middle heat

3.Once half of pork is cooked, add shiitake mushroom and stir for a minute

4.Add carrot and stir for another minute

5.Add cabbage and 4 tablespoons of BBQ sauce at the same time and stir fry with a high heat

6.Add rest of BBQ sauce to seasoning
